Fees Information

Mr K. S. Ehtesham Khan Lodi's fees are based on the amount of money being disputed (including legal costs), and the mediation fee is usually split equally between the two parties.

Claim Value up to £25,000.00 - £500.00 (£250.00 per party) Half Day

Claim Value £25,000.00 to £50,000.00 - £1000.00 (£500.00 per party) Half Day

Claim Value £50,000.00 to £100,000.00 - £1500.00 (£750.00 per party) Full Day

Claim Value more than £100,000.00 - Please raise an enquiry so that your requirements can be discussed and a bespoke fee quote can be provided.

The fee covers the preparation time for the mediation as well as the mediation itself, a full day is classified as up to 8 hours and a half day is up to 4 hours; any additional time is charged pro-rata.
