Fees Information

Mr K. S. Ehtesham Khan Lodi's fees are based on the amount of money being disputed (including legal costs), and the arbitration/adjudication fee is usually split proportionately between the two parties.

Claim Value up to £25,000.00 - the arbitrator's fee will be £5,000.00

Claim Value £25,000.00 to £50,000.00 - the arbitrator's fee will be £7,500.00

Claim Value £50,000.00 to £100,000.00 - the arbitrator's fee will be £10,000.00

Claim Value more than £100,000.00 - Please raise an enquiry so that your requirements can be discussed and a bespoke fee quote can be provided.

The fee covers the reading and preparation time for the arbitration as well as the substantive arbitration itself, including the writing up of the final determination and award.
